Shipping policy

Every piece is made-to-order — nothing is pre-carved. Once you approve the engraving proof, production begins the same day.

Production time
2–4 business days from the moment your engraving proof is approved. We do not hold pre-made stock — every sculpture leaves the bench with the exact names and date you submitted.

Shipping origin
All orders ship from our Hong Kong studio (Unit 1405B, 14/F, The Belgian Bank Building, 721-725 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong) via tracked international courier.

Transit time (after production, tracked worldwide)
- United States, Canada: 7–12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom, EU: 8–14 business days
- Rest of Asia: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–18 business days

Total delivery time (Production + Transit)
- US/CA/AU/NZ: 9–16 business days from proof approval
- UK/EU: 10–18 business days
- International: typically 2–4 weeks worldwide

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your piece leaves the studio. Once the parcel reaches the local logistics partner (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, etc.), real-time tracking updates will be displayed on the courier's website.

Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout based on destination and piece weight. Larger sculptures (over 1.5 kg) may cost slightly more due to secure packaging. Free international shipping on orders over USD $150.

Duties & customs
For most destinations, duties and taxes are included in the shipping price. For orders over USD $100 we cover import duties at our end (excluding Brazil, Argentina, and Russia, where customs is unpredictable — buyers in these regions are responsible for local fees).
